If you have any problems downloading videos from our Servers, make sure to read the help file. If you still have any unanswered questions, ask in the channel.


Join UCV

If you think you want to help the UCV, be sure to read the following information!

Donating Webspace

We are always interested in webspace to host our downloads on. If you fit the following requirements pleases talk to any alive op:

• Fast server (T3 or faster)
• Enough Space (40 MByte or more)
• Unlimited traffic (really...! - videos can be downloaded in less than week tens of thousands times)

Becoming FServer

To become an FServer for UCV, you should meet these requirements:

• Have the real will to voluntarily help us (we can only offer in return our releases and maybe some good company ;)
• Have Patience! (we can't live by sitting at computer and ircing all the time so everything is a bit delayed usually.)
• At least decent upload speed (15kB/sec or faster)
• Space to store the videos (10 GBytes or more)
• Time to serve the videos on our channel (at least 2 full days per week that people would have time to download [~48h])

Becoming Dump/Distro

To become a dump/distro for UCV, you should meet these requirements:

• Fast connection (T1 or faster)
• Space to store the videos (30 GByte or more)
• Possibility to run an FTP-server which is accessible at any time
• Ability to be online ~24/7

Becoming a Ripper

To become a ripper for UCV, you should just join #ucv-recruits on EFnet and talk to any alive op.
However we assume that you know how to do the job, we won't give any private lessons...
We are looking especially people who have experience.
